TECHNOLOGY FACILITIES

Our production facility is located in Kepong, Malaysia. The location was chosen due to its developed infrastructure and proximity to key transport hubs such as Kuala Lumpur International Airport and Port Klang. With approximately 72,500 square feet of land and 90,000 square feet of factory area, our facility has a production capacity of 10,000 kits per month. The facility houses production, storage, research & development, hostel building as well as the administration and marketing functions of the group.

Pecca has invested heavily in state-of-the-art machines which come from USA, Germany and Italy. These machines include sewing machines, cutting machines, embossing machines and perforation machines. Through years of trial and error and industry updates, we have identified certain brands and models of machinery which are reliable and produce high quality work.



Our fully-automated cutting press with double-powered incremental board generating 100 tonnes of pressure is fast, efficient and accurate. In addition, we use reliable PFAFF and ADLER sewing machines. All machines are constantly maintained to ensure optimum performance and consistent results.
