We are the leather upholstery specialist for the automotive industry and we have various products to match with different market requirements. We generally offer OE Fit leather car seat covers for our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) market segment to car manufacturers, Smart Fit leather seat covers for Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) market segments and Quick Fit car seat for Replacement Equipment Manufacturer (REM) market segment.

LEATHER SEAT COVERS

For OEM Market Segment :
Based on the car manufacturer’s specification, we jointly developed the car seat cover with Tier 1 car seat manufacturer who will then install the car seat covers onto manufactured bare car seats. The completely assembled car seats are delivered to a car manufacturer or assembler for installation onto the car.

For REM Market Segment :
Car seats are dismantled for the purposes of removing or stripping off the pre-installed fabric car seat covers. Our OE Fit leather seat covers are subsequently installed onto the bare car seats. The car seats installed with our OE Fit leather seat covers will then be reinstalled onto the cars.

For both OEM & REM Market Segment :

• Smart Fit is a patented leather car seat cover product, which presents an innovative method for attaching a car seat cover closely onto an existing car seat that is already equipped with original fabric seat cover.
• Our Smart Fit product is developed based on model specific concept in order to achieve good comparable fitment and comfort to OE fitted leather car seats. The design and specialised sewing technique enable it to pass airbag deployment tests and hence create the product differentiation from others in the market.
• Car seat covers are separated into two (2) pieces comprising of covers for the back of the seat and seat cushion. It is designed to be fitted onto a car seat without having to dismantle the car seat from the car and to remove the original fabric car seat covers.

Generally for REM Market Segment :

• Quick Fit is a patented car seat cover product, which presents an interchangeable car seat cover.
• Our Quick Fit product is also developed based on model specific concept in order to achieve good fitment similar to our Smart Fit product.
• Standard specification are fully made of one (1) piece PVC car seat covers designed to fit the back of the seat and seat cushion. It is designed to be fitted onto a car seat without having to dismantle the car seat and to remove the original fabric car seat covers.
