In addition, Pecca has developed test procedures and systems to ensure quality of our final product. Production test procedures cover:

Flexing Endurance
To determine no cracks at leather surface after flexing within specified cycles.

Tensile Strength
To determine leather strength by getting the max load & elongation after rupture.

Lultcs Rub Fastness
To determine colour transfer at leather surface after rub at specified cycles.

Abrasion
To determine the extend of wear and tear of the leather surface after abrasion within specified cycles.

Color Assessment
To determine the master against the incoming leather / PVC by visual and color reader meet the spec.
